Hatha

This is a static yoga practice (non-flow) where each posture is designed to get your body ready for the next posture. These postures all incorporate lengthening and stretching the muscles, while building strength, you’ll be able to see real progress in just a few classes. These classes are perfect for beginners and advanced students, as postures are thoroughly explained and advanced cues are given to those who want to take things further.

This page also shows classes that are vinyasa (flowing) with Hatha roots.

Hatha Flow.
