Cathy Clark

I began my holistic journey training as a massage therapist in 2016 around the same time finding yoga and attending regular classes including Ashtanga Vinyasa each week.

Developing a strong passion for the practice I was drawn to the possibility of becoming a yoga teacher myself.

I have now recently completed 200 hr Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga training and look forward to a new journey as a qualified yoga teacher and to inspire in others all the wonderful benefits of regular yoga practice.
