Yoga For Long Covid

Yoga has been found to be beneficial to patients suffering illnesses with similar symptoms to Long Covid. Following a well received taster session with Doncaster Long Covid Support Team we are proud to offer this class to anyone who may be suffering from this terrible, not fully understood illness.
