Sue Pyle

Sue instantly fell in love with yoga after her first class back in 2011. She enjoyed the way Michael (Founder of Tall Trees) would challenge his students by breaking a pose down so that everyone would understand the dynamics of the asana.

This inspired Sue to both try other styles of Yoga and develop her own self practice. It seemed a natural progression to train as an Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher when the opportunity arose at Tall Trees. Sue deepened her knowledge and understanding on how the body, mind and breath worked together and the importance of correct alignment.

During her own classes, Sue would love to share challenges, self-discovery, calmness, inner peace, Harmony and enjoyment with all her students
